HappySelling was founded by seasoned B2B sales professional and sales development representative (SDR) coach Neil Bhuiyan. HappySelling helps to guide SDR’s through a winning 3-phase formula of:
- how to take the time to understand current working styles and decide on the best approach to follow.
- executing SDR training plans through to consistency, analyse their results, and then set the right trajectories.
- reviewing goals, setting plans and sending SDRs out to go boldly where no new SDR has been before!
Neil is also the host of podcast ‘The SDR Discocall’ which is aimed at junior sales professionals and follows the principle of a Discovery Call. Each episode features a sales rep sharing their story, their career journey, and their biggest lessons learnt.
