Brandari’s social content for 2025 (yes, I use my own calendar!)

Wondering if I actually use the calendar I’m promoting? The answer: Absolutely! I’d be missing out if I didn’t! Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how I make it work for me—and how you can do the same, without overwhelm.

Step 1: Start with January’s content… and split into pillars!

Every month, I break down my posts into four simple pillars to keep my content balanced and intentional:

  • About me
  • Building knowledge and trust
  • Promoting and selling
  • Community & engagement

Now, you don’t have to use content pillars if that’s not your thing. For me, it makes planning easier, but this calendar is meant to work for you, not the other way around! You can dip into these prompts whenever inspiration strikes, or skip a day if you’re not feeling it. There’s zero pressure to post every day.

Step 2: Plan the first week’s content in 2025

Here’s a sneak peek at how I’ll use the calendar to plan my first week of content:

  1. New Year’s Day – share your 2025 goals (About me) I’ll kick off the year by sharing my own goals, from work-life balance to new skills I’m excited about. It’s all about being transparent and inviting people into what drives me—and encouraging them to share their goals, too.
  2. World Introvert Day – what I love about introverts (Community & Engagement) Celebrating traits that align with Brandari’s vibe, like creativity and a reflective nature, gives me a chance to connect with other introverts. I’ll ask my audience to share something they appreciate about themselves, sparking that connection.
  3. Reintroduce yourself and what they can expect from you (About me) New year, new followers, so a quick reintroduction never hurts! I’ll talk about my mission, the benefits of my services, and what people can expect from Brandari in 2025.
  4. Weekend in the life—practical tips included! (About me) I’ll document a typical weekend, adding practical tips along the way, whether it’s about productivity or finding balance. A few behind-the-scenes shots make it more personal and relatable.
  5. Client case study (Promoting & Selling) This is my chance to show how my services have made a difference for a client, highlighting the results and sharing a testimonial. Nothing too salesy, just real impact!
  6. Poll on a trending topic (Community & Engagement) Industry trends are always a hit! I’ll share a few I think will shape 2025, and ask my followers to weigh in—because it’s way more fun when it’s a conversation.
  7. “Did you know?” industry tip (Building Knowledge & Trust) Quick tips are gold, so I’ll share a bite-sized nugget of wisdom to educate and invite questions. It’s all about keeping things manageable and relatable.

Step 3: Creating visuals and scheduling

I do all of this in Canva, with a post tile for each day (some turn into carousels or videos if the content needs it). I start with the caption, then think about visuals: will it be a photo, infographic, B-roll, or face-to-camera video? Once I’ve got it all set, I schedule everything in Metricool across my key platforms. Then I can focus on interacting, knowing my content is sorted.

The goal here? To create a space where small business owners feel heard, inspired, and ready to take action. By using my own calendar and sharing the process, I’m hoping to make marketing feel easier and more approachable—like we’re all in this together! If this sounds like something you’d like to try, grab your own copy and let’s get you set for 2025! 🎉
